Thank you for shopping with Maison Fiore. This Shipping Policy outlines how, when, and where we deliver your orders. Please review it carefully before placing your purchase.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier performance.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or regional carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Maison Fiore offers free shipping on all orders, worldwide.
There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@maisonfiore.com.
International Shipping & Customs
Maison Fiore ships worldwide.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by the carrier, and Maison Fiore is not responsible for refunds in such cases.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package may be delayed, returned, or lost. Maison Fiore is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 10 business days, please contact our customer support team at contact@maisonfiore.com.
We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund.
Maison Fiore is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer. In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maisonfiore.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
